Refund policy

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS ON EDIBLE PRODUCTS POLICY

Due to the nature of edible products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any edible item.

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on edible products once they have left our possession. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Edible images

  • Wafer paper

  • Frosting sheets

  • Sprinkles, toppings, and food decorations

  • Any food or consumable item

Once an edible product leaves our store, we can no longer guarantee proper handling, storage conditions, or food safety. Therefore, no exceptions can be made.

If there is an issue with your order due to our error (such as incorrect sizing or a printing mistake), you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and the item must remain unused and unaltered for review.

By purchasing edible products from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
