SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed according to the date selected at checkout or the agreed-upon production timeline.

  • Custom and edible products require processing time before shipment.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Shipping speed is selected by the customer at checkout.

  • Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.


3. NO SHIPPING GUARANTEES

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or replacements, especially for edible products.


4. EDIBLE PRODUCTS & SHIPPING RISK

Edible products are shipped at the customer’s request and risk.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Heat, humidity, moisture, or extreme temperatures

  • Melting, warping, or color changes

  • Improper storage after delivery

We strongly recommend shipping edible products during appropriate weather conditions and selecting faster shipping options when available.


5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Reshipping fees caused by address errors

Returned packages due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend.


6. TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information.

  • A package marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered.

  • We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery confirmation.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier

  • We will provide tracking and shipment details upon request

  • Replacement or refund decisions are at our discretion and not guaranteed, especially for edible items


8. NO RETURNS ON SHIPPED EDIBLE ITEMS

Due to food safety regulations, edible products cannot be returned or reshipped, even if delayed or damaged during transit.

All edible items shipped are final sale.


9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

International shipping, if offered:

  • Is subject to customs delays and regulations

  • May incur additional duties or taxes

  • Is shipped at the customer’s risk

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or seizures by customs authorities.
