TERMS OF SERVICE

Business Name: The Edible Paper Store & Co.

By placing an order with The Edible Paper Store & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON EDIBLE PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of edible and food-related products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any edible item.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Edible images

  • Frosting sheets

  • Wafer paper

  • Sprinkles, toppings, and consumables

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once edible products leave our possession.

2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom and personalized items (including edible images, cake toppers, and printed designs) are final sale once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct spelling, sizes, dates, and details

  • Submitting print-ready images when applicable

  • Approving proofs when offered

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. ORDER REVIEW & QUALITY CLAIMS

All orders must be inspected at pickup or upon delivery.

If there is an issue due to our error (printing defect, incorrect size, or wrong item), you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
The item must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition for review.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe voids any claim.

4. NO GUARANTEE ON COLOR MATCHING

Edible printing may vary due to:

  • Monitor and screen differences

  • Edible ink absorption

  • Paper type and lighting conditions

Exact color matching is not guaranteed. Slight variations are normal and not considered defects.

5. STORAGE & HANDLING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order is picked up or delivered, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Heat, humidity, moisture, or improper storage

  • Exposure to air or light

  • Mishandling during transport

6. PICKUP, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders on the agreed date and time.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after shipment has been delivered.

7. ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned and forfeited, with no refund issued, unless prior arrangements are made.

8. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate or copyrighted content

  • Failure to comply with our policies

  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff

9. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE

Customers confirm they have the legal right to reproduce any images, logos, or designs submitted.
The Edible Paper Store & Co. is not liable for copyright infringement based on customer-provided content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Edible Paper Store & Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Improper use of edible products

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, submitting payment, or picking up products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
